Jamie is a California native with deep roots in his community. He started his career in the industry prior to graduating from Righetti High School, Jamie’s course was solidified early. Jamie began by learning a strong work ethic in the family business. Working in multiple departments of the Termite industry, the knowledge of building science was enhanced.

Performing home repairs first hand helped Jamie understand not only how the damage occurred, but why the damage occurred. Developing the notion that it’s not enough to fix the problem, but to correct the issue. Through his career he has managed to develop a keen sense of finding answers by evaluating all available information.

At Phoenix Property Inspections, Jamie not only has real world insight to actual conditions, he has years of in field experience and the ability to objectively evaluate conditions. In addition, he has personally and professionally interacted with thousands of homeowners and Real Estate Agents during the Escrow process. Active In the Community

Jamie and his wife Kelsi value giving and helping their community by volunteering their time to many clubs such as The Lions Club and The Santa Maria Elks. They are also active members of the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors of the Central Coast, Santa Maria Valley Chamber, Santa Ynez Association of Realtors, Santa Maria Association of Realtors, and Pismo Coast Association of Realtors.

Personal Life

Jamie and Kelsi enjoy riding replica Vespas around Santa Maria in their free time. They enjoy family time with their four sons. They also enjoy taking advantage of the local area and visiting local wineries, breweries, going golfing, enjoying local concerts, and events.
